These Terms and Conditions govern your use of the Twice on Sunday website and pattern-generation service (the “Service”). By using the Service, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.
Use of the service
The Service lets you upload photos of garments and generate knitting-machine patterns, charts, and related documents. You may use the Service for personal, non-commercial, or small commercial making purposes. You may not use the Service to violate any law, infringe anyone’s intellectual property, distribute malware, or interfere with the Service’s operation.
Accounts and content
You may use the Service without an account. Guest projects are stored locally in your browser. If you create an account, you are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure. You retain ownership of any photos, measurements, or projects you create, and you grant Twice on Sunday a limited license to process them solely to provide the Service to you.
You may not upload content that you do not have the right to use, or content that is unlawful, hateful, or sexually explicit.
Generated patterns
Generated charts and patterns are produced automatically. They are a starting point for your knitting, not a guarantee of fit, gauge, or construction. You are responsible for testing your swatch, checking calculations, and adjusting the pattern before you knit. We recommend making a swatch and a test piece before committing to a full garment.
Disclaimers and liability
The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Twice on Sunday is not liable for any damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Service, including lost profits, lost data, or defective garments made from generated patterns.
Changes and termination
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes means you accept the updated terms. We may suspend or terminate access for users who violate these terms or harm the Service.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-law provisions. Any dispute arising from these terms or the Service will be resolved in the courts located in Delaware.
