Copyright / Takedown Policy

This page is maintained by Twice on Sunday to explain how to report copyright concerns.

Twice on Sunday respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects users of the Service to do the same. If you believe content uploaded or generated through the Service infringes your copyright, please follow the process below.

How to submit a takedown notice

Send a written notice to info@twiceonsunday.io with the following information:

  • Your full name, mailing address, telephone number, and email address.
  • A description of the copyrighted work you claim has been infringed.
  • The URL or other specific location of the material you claim is infringing, or a description that lets us locate it.
  • A statement that you have a good-faith belief that the use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
  • A statement that the information in your notice is accurate, and under penalty of perjury, that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on the owner’s behalf.
  • Your physical or electronic signature.

What we do next

We will review your notice and may remove or disable access to the challenged material if the notice appears valid. We may also notify the user who posted the material so they can respond.

Counter-notices

If your material has been removed and you believe it was removed by mistake or misidentification, you may send a counter-notice to the same email address. Your counter-notice should include: your contact information, identification of the removed material, a statement under penalty of perjury that you believe the material was removed by mistake or misidentification, your consent to the jurisdiction of the relevant court, and your physical or electronic signature.

Repeat infringers

We may terminate or suspend accounts of users who are found to repeatedly infringe copyright.
